Textured Soy Protein Concentrate, Instant Red Bean, Soy Protein Isolate, Chili Pepper, Salt, Ground Cumin, Paprika, Dehydrated Chopped Onion, Granulated Garlic, Silicon Dioxide (to prevent caking), Tomato Powder, Yeast Extract, Salt, Carrot Powder, Leek Powder, Garlic Powder, Herbs & Spices (Bayleaf, Celery, Thyme), Chopped Onion, Granulated Salt, Red Bell Pepper, contains less than 2% of: Ground Cumin Seed, I & G Flavor, Onion Powder, Citric Acid, and Black Pepper.

Contains Soy.
Manufactured on equipment that processes soy, wheat (gluten), egg, milk, peanuts and tree nuts.


Directions

Microwave

  1. Combine the contents of 1 packet and 5 oz. (approx. 150ml) water into a microwave safe bowl. Stir vigorously.
  2. Microwave on high for 2 minutes 30 seconds, then stir. Continue to microwave on high for another 2 minutes 30 seconds. (Microwave ovens vary - adjust time as needed.)
  3. Remove bowl from microwave. Stir and allow 1–2 minutes to cool. Enjoy.

For drier consistency, prepare with 4 oz. of water.


Stovetop

  1. Combine the contents of 1 packet and 5 oz. (approx. 150ml) water into a microwave safe bowl. Stir vigorously.
  2. Bring to a boil using Medium Heat.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 3 to 5 minutes or until desired consistency is obtained.
  4. Remove from stove top. Stir and allow 1 to 2 minutes to cool. Enjoy.
